Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These Terms apply to meal plans, deliveries, catering, classes, and use of eatringht.us provided by Eat Ringht Corp. ("we," "us"), Orlando, Florida.

1. Orders and plans

• Your plan, meals, delivery days, and total are confirmed in writing before your first delivery.
• Recurring plans renew weekly until you pause or cancel. Changes for the next delivery must be made by Thursday at 11:59 p.m.
• Menu items may change based on ingredient availability; we'll substitute a comparable dish if needed.

2. Delivery

• We deliver within our posted service area during the delivery window shown at confirmation.
• Meals are packed with cold packs. Please refrigerate them promptly — we're not responsible for food left unrefrigerated after delivery.
• Provide accurate addresses, gate codes, and instructions. Re-delivery due to incorrect information may not be possible.

3. Food safety and storage

Follow the storage, "best by," and reheating instructions on each label. Discard any meal that has been left at room temperature for more than two hours.

4. Allergies and dietary information

Our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee any meal is allergen-free. Diet labels (vegan, keto-friendly, gluten-free, etc.) describe ingredients, not medical suitability. Nutrition values are calculated estimates. Our meals and tools are not medical advice; consult a healthcare provider for medical diets.

5. Catering and classes

Catering and class bookings are confirmed with a written quote. Final headcounts are due 48 hours before catered events. Class terms are listed at booking.

6. Payment

Recurring plans are charged before each delivery week. Catering is invoiced as stated on your quote. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under Florida law.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@eatringht.us or (407) 856-3172. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and provide a written resolution within ten business days. If we can't resolve the matter informally, both parties agree to try good-faith mediation in Orange County, Florida, with mediator costs shared equally, before filing suit. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court in Orange County.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
